How do I RSVP?
You can either mail back the pre-addressed RSVP card included with your formal invitation or RSVP on our website here.

IS THERE A DEADLINE TO RSVP FOR THE WEDDING?
​
Yes, you must RSVP no later than June 3, 2022. Please do not assume that we know that you are attending. Please formally RSVP to ensure that we have accounted for your attendance

CAN I BRING A +1 TO THE WEDDING?
​
Your formal invitation indicates whether we have offered you the option of bringing a +1
​
WHAT IF I FORGET TO RSVP?
​
Unfortunately, if you do not RSVP or are not on the guestlist for our wedding, you will not be allowed to attend. AS SUCH, PLEASE RSVP IN A TIMELY MANNER.

ARE KIDS WELCOMED?
The wedding ceremony and reception are ADULTS ONLY!
​
WILL THE WEDDING CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE HELD AT THE SAME PLACE?
Yes, all wedding events will take place at The W Loft.
The ceremony will take place on the lower rooftop of The W Loft.
After the ceremony, a cocktail hour will take place on the upper rooftop of The W Loft.
A formal reception will follow cocktail hour inside the adjourning loft space.

WHAT KIND OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED?
​
Throughout Cocktail hours, a variety of beef, seafood, chicken, and vegetarian options will be served.
For the reception, you will have the option of steak or fish. If you have any food allergies or special dietary restrictions, please let us know ASAP.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Yes. We ask that our guests dress up and wear cocktail attire. Please refer to this article for cocktail attire inspiration.
Please keep in mind that the ceremony will take place outside on the rooftop if the weather permits. As such, please dress accordingly for the weather.

*We reserve the right to refuse admittance into the wedding if you are not dressed properly.

WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE IN NEW YORK CITY IN JULY?
In July, the weather is sunny, averaging mid-’80s during the day, with high 70s at night.

DO YOU HAVE A GIFT REGISTRY?
Your presence at our wedding is present enough! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we created an online registry, which you can review here.

WHAT IS THE TIMELINE FOR THE DAY?
The ceremony will begin at sharply at 5 pm
Cocktail hour will take place from 5:45 pm -7 pm.
The reception will take place from 7 pm until 12:00 am.
HOW DO I GET TO THE VENUE?

If you are staying at one of our hotel blocks, transportation to and from the hotel will be provided.
If you are not staying at one of our hotel blocks, we recommend taking rideshare to the event.
If you are driving, please keep in mind that parking is very limited in Williamsburg. As such, if you plan to drive, please allow yourself extra time (like an additional hour) to find parking or to locate parking at a nearby parking garage.

WILL ALCOHOL BE SERVED AT THE RECEPTION?
Yes, alcohol will be available for our guests throughout our reception until 12am. As the safety of our guests is very important to us, we encourage all our guests to have a designated driver or preschedule rideshare transportation or other transportation ahead of time.
